I started workforcehomes because there needs to be a starter real estate product. When I was young I had "handmedowns" and I aspired for better things, but today it is backwards. A young grad jumping into a million dollar property at 7% is a death sentence . I think if our city zoning and planning officials give our youth the chance to start small, it would immediately address the housing affordability issue. That's my goal. That's my fight.
